Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps that caused the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private video footage.

Review a video

Import one steady full-court video from Photos or Files, with players visible at the start. Mark the outer court corners in this order: far left, far right, near right, near left. Select Singles (2) or Doubles (4), then tap each player at their feet. Position controls offer sliders as an alternative to tapping. Keep officials outside the court boundary and keep the app open during analysis. Missing or uncertain detections leave gaps. Major camera changes may stop analysis; trim to one steady camera view and try again. Review and correct marks and player tracks before exporting.

Movement coordinates are relative to the camera. Trackminton does not provide calibrated speed, distance, calories or medical fitness assessments.

Membership and purchases

The app displays your local annual price and any eligible trial from the App Store. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your saved session

A successfully analyzed new video replaces the current session. Export anything you want to keep first. Deleting the app removes its local session; copies you exported elsewhere remain in their chosen locations.

Videos and analysis

Trackminton processes selected videos on your iPhone. It stores a local copy of the current video, detected positions, your selected court and players, and labels you enter. The app does not upload videos or analysis to our servers. Its session folder is excluded from device backups when importing a video. Automatic tracks identify positions within a session; they do not identify a person's real-world identity.

Sharing and deletion

Exporting creates a video or analysis file that you can share using Apple's share sheet. Your chosen destination handles that copy under its own policies. A new successful import replaces the app's prior session. Delete the app to remove its local data. Remove exported copies separately wherever you saved them.

Subscriptions

Apple handles payment and Apple Account information. Trackminton uses StoreKit to verify subscription access and display product and trial information. We do not receive your payment card details.

Analytics and contact

The app has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Apple may provide platform diagnostics according to your device settings. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Ask us by email to delete support correspondence, subject to necessary record-retention obligations.

This website

This support website has no tracking scripts, forms or advertising cookies added by us. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. Email links open your email application.
